This is everything we collect:

  1. Purchases: When you buy an export from the Lead List Exporter, we use the email address you provide at checkout to deliver your CSV. The same email is collected by Stripe to send payment confirmations and receipts. We do not store your payment information ourselves.

  2. Direct Contact: If you email us for any reason, such as questions or support, we store the email you used to contact us.

We do not collect any other personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our service:

  • Stripe: For secure processing of payments. Your email is shared with Stripe for receipts and payment confirmation. We do not store your payment details.

  • Resend: For sending transactional email. Your email address is shared with Resend to deliver your export and any related notifications.

  • Cloudflare: For content delivery, security, and cookieless web analytics. As our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses to serve and protect the website; its Web Analytics collects only aggregate, anonymous statistics about how the website is used, such as which pages are visited, and uses no cookies.

No other third-party service is used to collect or store your personal information.

3. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Any cookies present are only for basic website functionality.

4. Information in Our Data Products

The lead lists we sell are compiled by crawling publicly accessible webpages, and may include business contact details, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles, that were published on those pages. If you would like your information excluded from future exports, contact us at [email protected] and we will action your request.

5. Security

While we do our best to keep any data we receive safe, email communication over the internet is never fully secure. By contacting us via email, you acknowledge this limitation.

6. Data Retention

We only keep your email as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or to deliver and provide payment confirmation for your purchase.

7. No Selling of Your Data

We will never sell your personal data.

8. Changes to This Policy

If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy on our website.
